1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the services offered by Zalus.io (“Zalus,” “we,” or “our”), the user (“Owner,” “you,” or “user”) agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Zalus offers a virtual wellness assistant and other related services through its digital platform and partner channels (including WhatsApp). These services may include the collection, analysis, and management of personal and sensitive information for the provision of personalized services.

3. REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE PLATFORM
To access certain services, the user must provide true, current, and complete information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. PROPER USE OF THE SERVICES
The user agrees to use Zalus services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and will refrain from any act that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the platform or interfere with the use and enjoyment of other users.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the platform, content, trademarks, logos, and other distinctive elements of Zalus belong to Zalus or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of any content without Zalus's prior written consent is prohibited.

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing of users' personal and sensitive data is governed by Zalus's [Privacy Policy](Policy URL), which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, the user acknowledges having read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Zalus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Zalus. Zalus assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
Zalus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any modifications through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. TERMINATION
Zalus may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you fail to comply with these Terms or applicable regulations, without prior notice and without giving rise to compensation.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from the use of the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Bogotá, D.C.
